What do I do if I have an unclaimed ticket?
The best way to collect a ticket is by going to the track and collecting it yourself. If you can't make it yourself, ask a friend to collect it.
Otherwise, depending in which state you live, you contact the following:
NSW: Post the ticket into the NSW Bookmakers Co-Op at 198 Pitt St, Sydney 2000 Local Rule of Racing for NSW unclaimed tickets
Victoria: Call the VBA on (03) 9376 1933
Queensland: Call Queensland Racing on (07) 3869 9777
South Australia: Call TRSA on (08) 8179 9800
NT: Call the DTC on (08) 8923 4222
